There are so many interesting points here - how it may be a complication of pre-existing bowel disease, probabilities are much commoner than supposed and the new scanning methods of diagnosis in treatment in the form of Colesevelam. I intend to discuss these matters in the Monday column in the near future in the certain anticipation that there will be others whose BAD is as yet undiagnosed.
