On Monday, McCluskey, the last of the three people charged with killing Gary and Linda Haas of Tecumseh, Okla., goes to trial, accused in their 2010 carjacking and shooting deaths. McCluskey is facing 20 counts in connection with the slayings. According to the indictment, he told federal agents after his arrest that he shot Gary Haas once and Linda Haas three times.
